The ALM Standard LLC supports small to mid-size businesses in growing their presence by acting as an independent sales representative—setting meetings, supporting the close of sales, and driving increased revenue, client acquisition, and overall business growth.
Your company will provide details, information, and any training about your product or service, share your active client list so we are not redundant in our efforts, define your target market and goals, grant access to calendars for your consultants or key team members. From there, ALM begins prospecting for new clients, handling the initial outreach and first meetings. We then coordinate the follow-up with your internal team to support closing the sale. Throughout the process, ALM acts as a neutral third party, maintaining trusted relationships with all acquired clients.
ALM is a close and commission structure. A commission rate is discussed and agreed upon per sale and received once the sale is closed.
A “guaranteed amount” per close can be discussed as well.
ALM will require access to any resources that would be necessary to achieve success in selling your product or service.
Example being: A software company should allow access to the software and any internal learning to ALM so they can have cutting edge information when selling your product.
